We look forward to welcoming you to Wellroots Chiropractic. When you call to book your appointment, you will speak directly with a chiropractor who will answer all your questions and ensure that you are engaging the right chiropractic office.
Once you’ve set a time for your first visit, you’ll receive a link to download and complete the initial paperwork. It’s helpful if you can complete this before your visit and bring it with you. If you are unable to do so, it’s also an option to come in early for your appointment, and complete the paperwork in our office.
The Initial Process
To get you started, we have a comprehensive initial 2 visit process that will get to the root of your problem and create a plan to get results. We take the time to get to know you and for you to get to know us and our service; we welcome your questions at any time.
Your Fist Visit
Your first visit will take 60 to 90 minutes.
When you arrive at our office you will be greeted and received warmly by one of our team. You may instantly feel better as you relax in our inviting and healing space. You will quickly begin to feel that you are in a place of healing and an environment of caring.
After reviewing your initial visit paperwork, your chiropractor will sit down with you so they can get to know you, your life story and what your goals are. Most people find this interaction engaging and insightful.
You’ll also receive a detailed neuro-spinal assessment which allows your doctor to understand more about what’s happening with your brain, your spine and where your health challenges are coming from.
Your Second Visit
Your second visit will take 60 to 90 minutes.
Once your chiropractor has reviewed your case and information, they’ll sit down with you to go over the findings. Your chiropractor will share their recommendations with you and help you understand the source of your problem. They will then propose a customized chiropractic care plan to help you achieve your health goals.
Once you’ve had the chance to ask any questions and choose your path to healing, we can get started! Your visit will wrap up with a healing “entrainment” session, that will last 10-20 minutes. Generally people feel more relaxed coming off the table and most report some immediate improvement with symptoms.
Helping You Get the Care You Need
Sometimes people come to us with issues that are not chiropractic in nature—for example, we do not help with broken bones. If your issue is outside our chiropractic care, we will direct you to the right type of provider.
